The National TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) Awards aim to promote vocation education and help it position as an important component for country's economic development.

The competition reveals and awards successful individuals and organizations engaged in vocational education, such as the best student, the best teacher, the best educational programs and the best business partner. 

A private foundation, Gudavadze-Patarkatshisvili Foundation has been the official sponsor of the event since 2017. Since 2022, the Parliament of Georgia and Skills Agency Georgia became the official partners of the competition. 

In 2022, the winners in the following categories will be revealed and awarded:

- TVET Program of the Year

- TVET Short-term course of the Year

- TVET Teacher of the Year

- TVET Student of the Year

- TVET Business Partner of the Year.

- The Special Prize by the Parliament of Georgia - Inclusive Vocational Education

- The Special Prize by the Skills Agency Georgia (in the following sub-categories: TVET International Initiative, TVET Instructor, TVET Regional Supporter, TVET Campaign and TVET Entrepreneurial Initiative)

The deadline for the submission of applications is 31 May 2022.
